What's your V-P-V?

  1. I use VPV statements when customers ask about prices, or to help close on accessories, such as delivery, frames, or pabs.

For example, if a customer asked about the price of delivery, I wuold say, "We offer our red carpet delivery service 7 days a week for a great value of 69.99. The drivers will come in a three hour time window, so you don't have to wait around all day for the delivery. Also, they will set up the new set and take away the old set if you need them to."

To attach a PAB to a sale, I do the [water molecules are larger than air molecules] demonstration, and say, "This mattress protector will make your new mattress very healthy to sleep on. For only $119, you have a breathable dust mite and allergen barrier that you can simply wash with your sheets and prolong the life of your mattress."
